BIM Coordinator
Profile:
Construction Project Management – Design Phase
Requirements:
- University Degree in Civil Engineering (Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Constructions or Hydrotechnical Constructions), Architecture, or similar fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating construction projects
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of BIM environment is not mandatory but represents an advantage

Our expectations after the initiation period
- Knowledge of the BIM environment and company workflow
- Mastery of the software solutions necessary for a BIM coordinator
- BIM coordination of allocated projects, specifically:
- Verification and analysis of 3D models, their compliance with BEP (BIM Execution Plan) regulations
- Regular coordination meetings with project team members
- BIM document management
- Respecting commitments made to project partners
- Continuous improvement of processes and proposal of innovative solutions
- Proactive approach to research and development in all related fields
